With my six years of wedding experience, I want to share with you some suggestions to not only get the best out of the time we spend together to create your beautiful wedding gallery but to also offer some advice on how you can have a worry free wedding experience from planning, finding the right suppliers for your vision, all the way through your special day and the come down period after and how to look after your mental health.
In my experience most of my couples have never been in a position where they’ve planned a small scale event, never mind a large scale event and essentially that’s what your wedding is…a massive event that you are centre stage for and that can be a really daunting prospect so I wanted to create a section on my website to help support you through your planning and help you get the fullest most true and organic memoir of your day but that often takes a little bit more investment from you and other clients than you really might think.
I often get requests like “we mostly just want candid photos” or “we’re really shy in front of the camera but really don’t want to miss out on having our day documented professionally” or “we’re being swayed to do this or that on our wedding day and we don’t want to” or “my friends photographer was this certain way on their wedding day, and we really don’t want that”, so I find building that relationship with the clients over zoom and through pre-wedding shoots really help me to understand who you are as a couple, what is really important to you on your wedding day and making a plan with you along with offering guidance to really reflect the essence of those things in your gallery.
I believe what I offer is art but also very much a collaboration between the three of us and of your guests.
